BY LUWA ships via express courier services worldwide and offers a tracked delivery service for all orders. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Please note once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. For questions about your delivery please email help@byluwa.com.

Processing Times

• Ready-to-ship orders will be dispatched on the same business day if ordered before 12pm GMT
  
• Estimated shipping times below do not consider public holidays or weekends.

Customs and Duties

• Prices listed on our website do not include import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees.
• Any applicable duties and taxes will be calculated and shown at checkout, so you know the full cost before you pay.
• The amount charged at checkout is the final landed cost, there will be no additional charges upon delivery.
• BY LUWA is not responsible for customs delays or holding times in your country once the order has been shipped.
• Packages that are refused, undeliverable, or abandoned after shipping are not eligible for a refund
  

Shipping Times & Rates

Domestic orders are shipped by Royal Mail and International orders are shipped by FedEx:

• UK: 1-2 working days – £5
• Europe: 3–5 working days – £15
• USA 3–5 working days – £20
• Canada: 3–5 working days – £20
• Rest of the World: 3–5 working days – £30
